Success Story: American HealthTech Archive Initiative for PointClickCare

“Aesto’s proven track record in healthcare data management aligns perfectly with our vision of seamless and secure transitions. Together, we are setting a new standard for data continuity and compliance in the healthcare industry.”

Claire Monico

Vice President of Migration, PointClickCare

When PointClickCare acquired American HealthTech (AHT), they made the strategic decision to decommission the AHT electronic health record system and transition all AHT clients to the PointClickCare platform. This created an immediate challenge: how to provide these facilities with secure, compliant access to their valuable historical AHT data.

PointClickCare selected Aesto Health as its trusted partner to address this critical need. We implemented our DataCapture Platform to create secure archives of each facility’s complete AHT database, ensuring continuous access to patient records, financial data, and critical documentation throughout the transition.

Since August 2024, we’ve successfully restored and archived over 1200 AHT facilites, with additional implementations continuing through 2025. This solution has enabled former AHT users to maintain seamless operations and regulatory compliance while transitioning to their new EHR system.
